Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service

1. Cancellations by the Customer

• Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: Full refund (or no charge if payment was to be made in the vehicle).
• Less than 24 hours before or in case of no-show: No refund or 100% charge of the service.
• Modifications: Changes to time or date are accepted free of charge, subject to availability.

2. Flight & Ferry Delays

There are no additional charges for flight or ferry delays. We monitor all arrivals in real time, and your driver will be there at your actual arrival time.

3. Smoking & Conduct Policy

To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure the comfort of all passengers, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
