How will I meet my driver at the airport or port?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area, holding a clearly visible sign with your name and the Santorini Empire logo.
What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed?
We monitor all arrivals in real time. There’s no need to worry — your driver will be there when you arrive, with no extra charge for waiting time.
Do you provide child seats?
Of course. The safety of our younger passengers is a top priority. Please inform us during booking about the child’s age so we can provide the appropriate seat.
Can I customize a tour?
Absolutely. Our tours are flexible and can be tailored to your preferences. You can discuss your interests with your driver and focus on the locations that matter most to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments, as well as all major credit and debit cards via POS inside the vehicle.
